3. File an EOI.

B. SubclassNominated 190 visa

For this points based visa that permits those skilled employees, who have a nomination from an Australian state or territory, you must 

1. Have a germane profession on the 190 visa occupation list.

2. Have a suitable skills assessment for the line-of-work.

3. Get not less than 65 points.

4. Present an EoI.

5. Get an ITA.

Subclass Regional Provisional 489 Visa

It’s not available anymore even as the new Subclass 491 Skilled Work Regional visa has replaced it.
